We only use your email for ElderGuideLA updates. Unsubscribe any time on our privacy page.
What we keep
- No accounts. You can use the guide, the directory and the hospice check without giving us anything.
- The guide’s answers stay in your browser. Your starting plan is built on your device; the answers are not sent to us.
- Your email, only if you join a list. If you sign up for updates, we keep your email, which list you joined, the page you signed up on, and the ZIP code or role if you chose to give one. It is stored with our database host in a table that the public website can add to but cannot read.
- Messages you send us through the contact, correction or unsubscribe forms: your email, your message and the page it’s about, so we can act on it.
- Professionals who ask about featuring give us their business details and contact information so we can check their license and reply.
- Visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
What we never do
- We never sell or share your email, and we never pass families’ details to providers.
- We take no placement or referral fees.
- Featured businesses pay to be shown; they never get your information from us.
Unsubscribe
Enter the email you signed up with and we’ll take it off every ElderGuideLA list.
